Please take note before coming in for your service. 


We ask that all our guests follow our new guidelines to maintain a safe environment for the client, your loved ones, and our HAVEN Collective team.


-All guests and staff are required to wear face covering upon entering into HAVEN Collective and specifically treatment rooms. You'll be allowed to remove your mask if the service provided requires you to do so. You'll be required to put your mask back on after or during the service when entering into common areas such as reception area, hallways, boutique, and bathroom. 


-Please stay home if you believe to have ANY symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days. 


-Please stay in your car and text us when you arrive. You'll wait in your car for a text or call from your practitioner when they are ready and able to receive you.


-Please come alone to your appointment. We are not allowing any extra guests at this time. 


-We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. There will be an additional mandatory COVID-19 intake form to fill out.  


-Due to extra cleaning and sanitation requirements in between clients, we may have to reschedule your appointment if clients are more than 10 min late to an appointment.  


What we are doing at HAVEN Collective to ensure your safety.



-Allowing longer recovery times in between clients to sanitize surfaces and change linens. 


-Washing hands before and after each client. For estheticians, sometimes several times during facial protocols. 


-Wearing a face mask, face shield, and gloves whenever it is appropriate for the service provided. 


-Quarantining if ill or exhibiting ANY symptoms of COVID-19. 


-Eliminating our waiting area and allowing only one client at a time per practitioner. 


Please take note of the minor cost increase to some of our services. Unfortunately, this increase could not be prevented due to the required state regulations for reopening.
